FAQ

Parents' Questions Answered

We recommend a first visit when the first tooth appears — usually around 12 months. Early visits establish a positive relationship with dental care and allow us to catch any developmental concerns early.
Dental anxiety in children is completely normal and we're experienced in managing it. We use tell-show-do techniques, take it step-by-step at the child's pace, and create a friendly, non-threatening environment. Most anxious children are happily cooperative within 2–3 visits.
Yes — absolutely. Untreated milk tooth decay causes pain, infection, and can damage the developing permanent tooth underneath. Milk teeth also hold space for permanent teeth — early loss can lead to crowding and the need for orthodontics later.
Every 6 months for routine check-ups and professional cleaning. Children who are prone to cavities may benefit from 3-monthly fluoride treatments. Dr. Nath will advise you on the ideal schedule for your child.
